Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a pre-paid FedEx shipping label, which will be sent to your email address or available for immediate download.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your unused items with original tags attached in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer, and affix the pre-paid label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized FedEx location or drop box, and keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your refund.
